Peoples' Summit Committees work on TOES as well as other stuff that may not end up falling under TOES' purview.

This committee is composed of representatives from every other committee. Its job is to coordinate everything However, as of right now, it has not met. Instead the entire Peoples' Summit family is meeting in open meetings in which we report back on all that has been going on (TOES work as well as other stuff).
